Care Guide for Calico Beardtongue
Sun: Full to shade

Attracts hummingbirds, long-tongued bees, hummingbird moths, and many other native pollinators
Beautiful showy flowers
Foliage often stays green throughout winter
Seeds require a 30-day cold stratification period to germinate

Sequester more atmospheric carbon (that means they help fight climate change!)

We never use synthetic chemicals to grow our plants like pesticides or nitrogen fertilizers.
That means our plants won’t harm insects, the soil, or you.
We fertilize our plants naturally with vermicompost, compost extract, and mycorrhizal inoculant.
All of our plants are potted in reused containers to reduce plastic waste.
We ask that you repurpose or recycle the container when you’re done with it. We’ll gladly take them back from you!
